BOULDER, Colo. (CBS4) — A group of skydivers made an impressive entrance to the Bolder Boulder festivities on Memorial Day. The skydivers, each trailing flags or patriotic banners, landed at Folsom Field on the University of Colorado-Boulder Campus Monday afternoon.
The race attracts over 50,000 runners, joggers, walkers and wheelchair racers, and draws professional athletes from around the world — along with over 100,000 spectators. The 10K race has been held every Memorial Day weekend for the last 39 years.
A Memorial Day Tribute was held in Folsom Field at noon.
