DENVER (CBS4) — Not only are both the Nuggets and the Avalanche in the playoffs — they’re both staying in Colorado! Denver and Kroenke Sports have a tentative agreement to keep both franchises in the Mile High City until 2040.


The existing arena agreement with Denver was set to expire in 2023. They had been working on a new deal for the last five years.
