DENVER (CBS4)– Crews will break ground on Monday on an affordable housing complex in Denver. The income-qualified units will be at Sheridan Station.
There will be 133 units in the complex near RTD’s W-Line in Denver. All units will be restricted for households earning up to 60 percent of the area’s median income.
The project is supported through Denver’s affordable housing fund. The complex is expected to open by 2020.
