Longmont Low-Income Residents To Get Help Buying Groceries
LONGMONT, Colo. (CBS4) - Low-income residents in Longmont will soon get help putting food on the table.
City council passed a bill to allow people to get a partial refund from the city's sales tax on groceries.
According to the Longmont Times-Call, those who qualify will be able to get the rebate as a credit on their utility bill, or in the form of a check.
