Gates Rubber Factory Site To Become Mixed Use Retail, Residential

DENVER (CBS4)- The former Gates Rubber Factory property will soon be home to apartment buildings and retail. A Texas developer teamed up with a Denver company to buy the site near South Broadway and Interstate 25.

According to BusinessDen.com, the two companies plan on building five or six buildings on the parcel of land that spans seven acres.

Crews expect to break ground early next year.
