DENVER (CBS4)– For the last decade, the state hasn’t put any real funding toward transportation, even as population and the budget have ballooned.
Frustrated, two groups have put competing measures on the ballot to do what the state Legislature hasn’t done.
Proposition 109 – “Fix Our Damn Roads” – would bond for transportation funding.
Proposition 110 – “Let’s Go Colorado” – would increase taxes.
