EVANS, Colo. (CBS4) – The Town of Evans officially re-opened Riverside Park after the 2013 floods decimated it.

The town was almost completely underwater leaving homes and parks ruined.

After years of hard work, Riverside Park was transformed.

The rebuild features climbing walls, swing sets, trails and athletic fields.
