I-25 'Gap Project' Expected To Bring Relief To Traffic Woes
CASTLE ROCK, Colo. (CBS4)- Relief is on the way for a growing traffic issue south of the Denver metro area. An expansion project will begin next month that will widen Interstate 25 from Castle Rock to Monument.
The plan is to add an express lane in each direction, replace aging bridges and add new wildlife crossings.
Construction will begin in September and scheduled for completion in 2022.
