DeGette Wants To Raise Legal Smoking Age

DENVER (CBS4)– Rep. Diana DeGette, a Democrat representing Colorado in Congress, wants to raise the smoking age in America.

DeGette introduced the Tobacco to 21 Act on Wednesday. The act would ban the sale of tobacco products to anyone younger than that.
