Target To Offer Free Shipping In Time For Holidays
DENVER (CBS4) - Target hopes to appeal to shoppers who don't want to deal with the holiday shopping crowds.
The store will be offering free shipping starting next month. It will also launch eight exclusive brands which include a line of home goods from celebrity remodelers, Chip and Joanna Gains.
Shoppers who use a Target credit card will also be able to pay for purchases by scanning their phones starting next month.
