Former Dorm For Nurses To Become Senior Housing
(CBS4) - About 50 seniors will soon have an affordable place to call home in Denver.
Tammen Hall at 19th and Ogden Street was originally a dorm for nurses at Children's Hospital Colorado, and the historic landmark has been vacant since 2009.
The owners say they plan to put in 49 units and that rents will start at $900 a month when they open in 2019.
