Why Workers Went On Strike At Denver International Airport
DENVER (CBS4) - About 150 workers at Denver International Airport are expected back at work Friday after a one-day strike.
The workers are upset about wages and benefits and they pushed their case inside the airport on Wednesday.
The strikers work for companies that handle baggage and cleaning operations on United flights and wheelchair services in the airport.
One of the companies agreed to meet with the employees.
The strike did not interrupt flights.
