EVERGREEN, Colo. (CBS4) – An RV pulling a trailer with ATVs on it caught fire on Interstate 70 early Thursday afternoon, sending up a huge plume of black smoke.

The fire started at approximately 12:15 p.m. and forced emergency crews to shut down the westbound lanes of the interstate at the El Rancho exit near Evergreen. It was still closed an hour later.
