Streets Closed For Barricaded Wanted Person

DENVER (CBS4) - A person barricaded in their home had streets closed down in the area Thursday morning.

South Dayton Way at East Harvard Avenue, which is south of East Iliff Avenue, was closed as a result of the situation, which was resolved shortly before noon.

The Denver Police Department said the man was wanted on a warrant in Colorado for domestic violence.

A man and a woman were both taken away from the scene in handcuffs. It is unknown how they are related to the incident.

The suspect's name has not yet been released.
