1 Injured, 1 Arrested In Shooting At Fort Carson Army Post

FORT CARSON, Colo. (CBS4)- One person was injured and one person arrested in a shooting at Fort Carson Army Post on Thursday afternoon.

The shooting happened near Bad Toelz Road in the center of the installation.

According to Fort Carson, there is one person injured who is listed in stable condition.

This is not an active shooter situation but all personnel were ordered to shelter in place and all gates were closed during the investigation.

It is unclear what led up to the shooting.
