State Patrol Not Laughing At Driver's 'Help Me Please' Joke
FREMONT COUNTY (CBS4) - The Colorado State Patrol is warning drivers not to mess around, after a cry for help was determined to be a hoax.
A trooper pulled over a vehicle after spotting a sign in the back window that read, "Help me please!", not knowing what he'd find.
It turned out to be a joke, but troopers didn't find it funny. They had a conversation with the driver, but no one is facing any charges.
