WB Lanes Of I-70 Reopen At Vail Pass
VAIL, Colo. (CBS4)- Westbound lanes of Interstate 70 were closed at the Vail Pass summit for a semi crash for about an hour-and-a-half Tuesday morning. All lanes reopened at 12:45 p.m.
The westbound lanes were closed at Copper Mountain. Drivers were urged to take an alternate route from Highway 91 to Highway 24.
It is unclear whether icy conditions or sun glare played a role in the crash.
