DENVER (CBS4) – More than 200 income-qualified apartments were unveiled in Denver’s Five Points neighborhood on Tuesday.

City and County of Denver officials were on hand for the grand opening on Welton Street near Park Avenue West.

Households at or below 60 percent of the area’s median income can qualify to live there.
