BUENA VISTA, Colo. (CBS4) – Investigators with a small mountain town police department say they have a break in a decades-old cold case murder.

On Thursday, police in Buena Vista say they will reveal more on the murder with ties to Trinidad in 1977. CBS4 has learned it involved a 17-year-old girl.

CBS4 will have a crew at that briefing and we are digging to find more on the case now.
