DENVER (CBS4) – Denver Broncos linebacker DeMarcus Ware returned home after a great win over the Houston Texans to find his home had been burglarized. His Super Bowl ring was among the valuables stolen.
Ware tweeted about the incident, saying “after a great win, came home to find my house was robbed.”
“Never about the material things for me but my safety,” Ware said in his tweet.

Investigators said the suspects entered Ware’s residence in the Cherry Creek area and stole valuables about 5:30 p.m. Monday. The thieves stole a safe and Ware’s Super Bowl 50 ring.
A source told CBS4 they believe it could have been an “inside job.”
Fans tweeted Ware similar thoughts, saying they’re sorry to hear it happened but glad everyone is safe.
