Movie Theaters In Colorado Offer Free Presidential Debate Viewing

DENVER (CBS4) - Hillary Clinton and Donald Trump face off Wednesday night in Las Vegas in their third and final presidential debate.

You may watch the debate from the comfort of your home (it airs on CBS4 at 7 p.m.), but if you want to see it on a grander scale, it will be on the big screen.

Regal Cinemas is showing the debate for free across the nation. The company did the same for the second presidential debate and said there was such a great response that it had to do it again.

Regal owns eight movie theaters in Colorado:

- Denver: UA Denver Pavilions Stadium 15
- Lakewood: UA Colorado Mills 16 IMAX & RPX
- Englewood: UA Greenwood Plaza Stadium 12
- Sheridan: Regal River Point Stadium 14 & RPX
- Thornton: Cinebarre Thornton Town Center 9
- Louisville: Cinebarre Boulder 11
- Colorado Springs: Regal Interquest Stadium 14 & RPX
- Grand Junction: Regal Canyon View Stadium 14

Regal officials say the company wants encourage local communities to be engaged in public policy.

The theaters will offer viewers a complimentary small soda with every popcorn purchase for the special screening.

There are 206 participating Regal theatres across the country.
