WASHINGTON, DC (CBS4)– Republican presidential nominee Donald Trump has dismissed what is being called a lewd conversation recorded in 2005 in which he bragged about grabbing, kissing and trying to have sex with women, as “locker room banter.”

In a statement released Friday afternoon, Trump said, “This was locker room banter, a private conversation that took place many years ago. Bill Clinton has said far worse to me on the golf course – not even close. I apologize if anyone was offended.”

The video was obtained by The Washington Post and shows Trump talking with Access Hollywood’s Billy Bush on a bus as it pulled into a studio lot where Trump was scheduled to appear on a soap opera.

The two were captured on a microphone that was being recorded even though camera crews were not taping the conversation visually. They were discussing how Trump attempted to “move on” an actress who later makes an appearance on the video.

“I moved on her and I failed. I’ll admit it,” Trump said on the bus.

“Whoa,” said another voice, presumably belonging to Bush, now the co-host of NBC News’ “Today Show.”

“And I moved on her very heavily,” Trump continues. “In fact, I took her out furniture shopping. She wanted to get some furniture. I said, ‘I’ll show you where they have some nice furniture.’”

“I did try and f*** her. She was married,” he adds.

Then Trump says: “I moved on her like a b****, but I couldn’t get there. And she was married…Then all of a sudden I see her, she’s now got the big phony t*** and everything. She’s totally changed her look.”

As the bus rolled into the studio lot, Bush and Trump appear to see Arianne Zucker in a purple dress.

“Your girl’s hot as s***, in the purple,” Bush says of Zucker.

Trump can be heard exclaiming, “Whoa! Whoa!”

Then the businessman says this: “I’ve gotta use some tic tacs, just in case I start kissing her. You know I’m automatically attracted to beautiful — I just start kissing them.”

“It’s like a magnet. Just kiss. I don’t even wait,” Trump says.

“And when you’re a star they let you do it,” he says. “You can do anything.”

“Grab them by the p****,” Trump says. “You can do anything.”

When the two exit the bus, Zucker comes face-to-face with them, giving them both pecks on the cheek.

“We’re ready, let’s go,” Trump tells Zucker. “Make me a soap star.”

“How about a little hug for the Donald?” Bush interjects. “He just got off the bus.”

“Would you like a little hug, darling?” Zucker says.

“Absolutely,” Trump says. When they hug, Trump adds: “Melania said this was okay.”

Democratic presidential candidate Hillary Clinton tweeted a response to the video:

  1. Trump bragged but obviously he is a gentleman when it comes down to reality. The elites think they will usher Crooked Hillary and Rapist Bill into office by endlessly repeating this Trump story. Bill is not only a cheat he has raped women. He also made dozens of trips to Pedophile Island. How many young, underage girls did he rape there? We don’t want this rapist back in the White House with a multimillion dollar budget and staff.Hillary is a liar and thief. Keep these monsters out of the White House.

Is the MSM trying to take our eyes off the real evil contender in this presidential race? Hillary Clinton’s erasing of 33,000 e-mails with Bleachbit and smashing 13 Blackberries with a hammer are sufficient evidence of guilt in a court of law. And the 33,000 e-mails were under subpoena thus she has been guilty of obstructing justice, a felony.
Compare Hillary’s perfidy with Nixon’s: all he did was erase 18 minutes of Rosemary Wood’s tapes and he was deemed unfit for the presidency (by his own party). The 18 minutes of tape showed that Nixon was involved in the cover-up of the DNC break-in at Watergate.
How many of Hillary’s e-mails relate to Clinton Foundation pay-to-play conspiracies? She didn’t need 33,000 e-mails to her yoga instructor and for Chelsea’s wedding! She certainly didn’t want those e-mails made public if she had them erased with Bleach-Bit. She should never have been nominated. The Democrats don’t have the moral compass of the GOP (remember the DNC’s stealing the nomination from Bernie?).

Why does the News always show everything that Trump does but leaves out Hillary Clinton husband who get a free pass. I think that as a woman I am much more offended that this woman wants me to believe she is ready to be commander and chief of our country, but can’t control her own house.
Please stop being so one sided it is sick and America needs better the this from our reports!
If you really want to get people out to vote make this about thing important to the country not old talk between to men no one cares!!
