Former Firefighter Pleads Guilty To Indecent Exposure

AURORA, Colo. (CBS4) - A former Denver firefighter, accused of exposing himself to young girls at a store in a shopping mall, has pleaded guilty.

Timothy Plybon, 35, of Aurora, pleaded guilty to one count of indecent exposure. He received a 24-month supervised deferred judgement that includes offense-specific evaluation and treatment.

Plybon exposed himself to minors in the Town Center at Aurora on June 6. The incident happened at the candy shop From Mexico Con Amor.

At the time of his arrest, Plybon was a Denver firefighter. He has since resigned from the department.

The witnesses told police Plybon entered the store with his zipper down and exposed himself and touched himself near underage girls.

Police at a mall substation were alerted and stopped Plybon in the parking lot when he tried to leave. A security guard helped by blocking the his car.
