Man Accused Of Shooting Brother's Girlfriend Twice In The Head
GREELEY, Colo. (CBS4) - A man accused of murdering his brother's girlfriend has formally been charged.
According to the Weld County District Attorney's Office, Ronald Budler, 49, of Mead has been charged with first-degree murder in connection with the death of Shawna Naimoli, 51, who died after being shot.
"The Weld County Sheriff's Office responded to reports of a shooting on Hunter's Cove Road in Mead last Wednesday around 8:30 a.m. When deputies arrived, they found the victim … dead from two gunshot wounds to the head," the district attorney's office said in a statement.
The district attorney's office hasn't released a motive.
Bulder's next court appearance is set for next Monday for an advisement hearing. He's being held in the Weld County jail without bond.
