DENVER (CBS4) – Denver Broncos placekicker Brandon McManus just kicked his 200th point in the NFL with a field goal in the first quarter against the Indianapolis Colts.

McManus became the team’s regular kicker when he beat out Connor Barth in training camp at the start of the 2015 season.

The Broncos traded the New York Giants for McManus in 2014 after preseason, when then-kicker Matt Prater was suspended by the NFL for four games.

McManus was a key part of last year’s Super Bowl championship team, kicking 125 of his points during the season and 33 more in the playoffs.
