"I did that Week 1. I think it was my first field goal of the whole season and I didn't get a chance to top it," McManus said reflecting on his 57-yard kick. "I've always had a really strong leg, and just had to focus on the accuracy part. I was able to do that this off-season."

The offseason was one a busy one for McManus. After winning the Super Bowl, he got married and even picked up a new hobby. McManus and his wife Nadia began reviewing local food and restaurants in a blog aptly named McManus' Mile High Menu.

"I'm not a critic," McManus said of his new side gig. "I want to be able to just to review the food. I just want to show new restaurants that I've never been to. It's just something to bring the fans in and enjoy, and something my wife and I were able to enjoy as well."

McManus and the rest of the Broncos will return to their regular jobs on Thursday when training camp starts at Broncos Headquarters.
