CDOT To Begin Closures At The Eisenhower Tunnel
DILLON, Colo. (CBS4) - Closures at the Eisenhower/Johnson Memorial Tunnels start this week so the Colorado Department of Transportation can test its new fire suppression systems.
The westbound tunnel will be shut down overnight starting Monday and will close every night until Thursday.
Closures of the eastbound tunnel will be the following week.
Drivers will be detoured over Loveland Pass.
