FBI Investigating Fight Over Legroom On United Flight
DENVER (CBS4)- A battle over legroom on a United Airlines flight triggered an investigation at Denver International Airport on Wednesday.
The FBI said it all began on a flight to Denver from Miami. Two passengers, one seated in front of the other, began arguing over putting the seat back.
The FBI said the 75-year-old man sitting behind the woman kicked the seat so hard she claimed whiplash.
She was taken to a hospital for treatment.
The U.S. Attorney's Office declined charges in the case.
