COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. (CBS4) – People are preparing for flooding and wildfires in Colorado.

On Saturday the city of Colorado Springs held an evacuation drill in the Cheyenne Mountain and Broadmoor neighborhoods. People practiced grabbing what they could if they needed to leave their homes at a moment’s notice.

It’s a scenario all too real for some homeowners after the Waldo Canyon Fire.
