Thousands Attend 4/20 Rally A Month Late
DENVER (CBS4)- Thousands attended the 4/20 Rally in Civic Center Park a month late. The festival was delayed because of a winter storm that hit Colorado in late April.
The rally in Civic Center Park featured hip hop artists Wiz Khalifa and Lil' Wayne. An estimated 50,000 people were expected to attend the rally.

A total of 23 citations were issued, 18 for public marijuana consumption, three for driving under suspicion and two for flying drones.
The rally was rescheduled from April 20 to Saturday.
