CDOT Celebrates New Bridge At 6th & Garrison
LAKEWOOD, Colo. (CBS4)- The Colorado Department of Transportation celebrated the finish of a construction project along 6th Avenue.
The ribbon cutting marked the official opening of the bridge at 6th Avenue and Garrison Street in Lakewood.
The new bridge allows for wider lanes on 6th Avenue. Crews also made improvements to lighting under the bridge.
The celebration on Monday marked the end of the 6th Avenue reconstruction project.
