Denver Police Release Identity Of Suspect In Osceola Street Homicide

DENVER (CBS4) - Police in Denver on Sunday said they have arrested a suspect in connection with a murder that occurred early Saturday morning.

According to Raquel Lopez with Denver Police, Daniel Gutierrez, 30, is being held for investigation of first-degree murder and second-degree assault.

The crime took place on the 200 block of Osceola Street in the west section of the city, and police say the victim was an adult male.

The circumstances of the murder haven't been released.

The victim has been identified as Jairo Perez, 30.
