DENVER (CBS4) – There are plans to completely revamp Denver’s performing arts complex.

The project would get rid of Boettcher Concert Hall and replace it with a smaller venue. The project would also double the parking that’s currently available in the complex.

A rendering depicts what the new facility would look like. The tall buildings shown would be condominiums.

The city says any changes are still in the very early stages. It plans to formally present the project at a public meeting on March 10, to which the public is welcome.
