Runners Strip Down For Charity
DENVER (CBS4)- About 1,000 runners stripped down for a good cause during Cupid's Undie Run in downtown Denver on Saturday.
Proceeds from the race go to the Children's Tumor Foundation to help fight against neurofibromatosis, a genetic disorder that causes tumors to form on nerve tissue.
"A lot of the participants who are here today have people who they know who are affected by the disease so a lot of people are personally connected to this," said Colorado Race Director Alex Reber.
Cupid's Undie Run is a popular event in multiple cities across the nation. More than $125,000 has been raised for this year's race in Denver.
