Body Of Snowboarder Found On Vail Mountain Days After Last Seen

VAIL, Colo. (CBS4)- The body of a snowboarder was found on Vail Mountain two days after he was last seen.

According to the Vail Daily, Logan Salviano was found off an expert run near the front side of the mountain on Thursday. He was last seen on Tuesday and reported missing on Wednesday.

The coroner hasn't released an exact cause of death but said Salviano's body was found in a tree well. An autopsy is planned for next week.

Salviano, 25, was an employee at Vail Mountain's Two Elk Lodge but was not working at the time.

A GoFundMe page has been set up to help cover funeral costs.
