GREELEY, Colo. (CBS4)– The Weld County Sheriff’s Office is warning residents about a man posing as a deputy.

Multiple people have called the sheriff to report a man who calls himself Ed or Mike Harris who claims to be a deputy with the Weld County Sheriff’s Office. He is asking people to send him money by money order or prepaid credit card.
