Man Found Guilty In Double Murder
DENVER (CBS4)- A man accused of killing two women has been found guilty on all counts of murder on Thursday. The jury returned its verdict after a one-and-a-half hour deliberation.
Jose King was convicted on two counts of first-degree murder.
King, 24, shot and killed Amanda Anders, 19, and Nancy Worrell, 22, on Oct. 29, 2014 just after 11 p.m. following an argument at an east Denver apartment. King fled the scene and was arrested a short time later by Castle Rock police.
King remains in custody and will be sentenced on Jan. 29, 2016 in Denver District Court.
