A new hashtag that's trending on social media -- #DelaneyMeetTaylor -- centers around Clements' wish.

Clements will begin a five day treatment of radiation on Friday in Denver and then head back to her hometown of Grand Junction and begin hospice care.

Despite the grim outlook, she's a ray of sunshine.

"I believe I got cancer because I've heard the saying that God gives his hardest battles to his strongest soldiers, and I honestly believe that I am one of his strongest soldiers, so he chose me," she said in a video posted online.

Clements and some friends recently put together a video to Swift's song "Shake It Off" in hopes of catching the pop star's attention.
