Loveland Murder Suspect Pleads Not Guilty In Court
FORT COLLINS, Colo. (CBS4)- A man accused in a deadly shooting in Loveland has pleaded not guilty. David Gray made the plea in Larimer County Court on Friday.
Gray is accused of shooting and killing his neighbor Gerald Donovan in the 5600 block of Thomas Court, Loveland, in June.
Police say Gray and Donovan had been involved in a land dispute for a long time.
Gray has been charged with first-degree murder. His trial is set for April 2016.
