Victim Dies At Hospital After Overnight Bar Shooting
AURORA, Colo. (CBS4) - A woman was shot and killed outside a bar in Aurora early Friday morning in a crime that also left another person injured.
The shooting happened at approximately 1:40 a.m. at Montview Bar & Grill, located at Nome Street and East Montview Boulevard.
A man and woman were both shot and the man drove them both to a nearby emergency room but the woman died soon afterwards.
The man is expected to be okay.
Police said so far they don't have a description on a possible suspect.
It also isn't clear how many shots were fired in the incident.
"During the altercation a gun was produced. Shots were fired and both our male and female victim were struck by rounds," Aurora police Sgt. Chris Amsler said.
