Thousands Hit The Street To Stop Diabetes
DENVER (CBS4)- Diabetes is nearly an epidemic in America but there is a concerted effort to stop diabetes. Thousands of people hit the streets on Saturday in hopes of wiping out the disease for the Step Out Walk & Run to Stop Diabetes.
CBS4 Meteorologist Dave Aguilera emceed the event at the Downtown Aquarium on Saturday morning.
The American Diabetes Association hosted the fun event that also has a serious message.
