2 Police Officers Attacked, 2 Suspects In Custody

DENVER (CBS4)- Two Denver police officers were attacked on Thursday afternoon and rushed to the hospital. Two suspects were in custody.

The officers were attacked at Alameda and Santa Fe as they were investigating reports of criminal mischief.

One of the officers was rushed to the hospital in stable condition. The extent of the officer's injuries is unknown. The other officer suffered minor injuries and was not taken to the hospital.

Two suspects have been arrested. It's unclear what provoked the attack.
