Ex-Husband Of Murdered Strasburg Woman Found In Denver, Taken Into Custody
DENVER (CBS4) - A man wanted in connection with the death of a woman in Strasburg has been arrested in Denver.
The body of 57-year-old Theresa Ausmus was found inside a burning home last Saturday. The cause of her death has not been released.
On Tuesday morning Denver police arrested the victim's ex-husband, Andrew Ausmus, 58, after he was found near Confluence Park off 15th Street. Someone saw Andrew Ausmus there and called police.
Investigators have confirmed his identity and that he is in custody.
Friends and neighbors told CBS4 Theresa Ausmus worked for United Airlines. They said there was a planned exchange of property with her ex-husband last Friday.
