Avon Man, Dog Killed When Ejected In Rollover Crash In Summit County

SUMMIT COUNTY, Colo. (CBS4) - An Avon man was killed after being ejected from his vehicle in a rollover crash in Summit County on Sunday.

According to Taneil Ilano with the Summit County Sheriff's Office, Patrick Fultz, 29, was killed in the crash that occurred just after 2 p.m. in Warden Gulch off of Peru Creek.

"The manner of death is accidental and the cause is massive head and internal injuries," Ilano said in a statement. "Fultz and his dog were both ejected from the vehicle and both died as a result."
