Golden Police: Credit Card Thief Used Card At 14 Stores

GOLDEN, Colo. (CBS4)- Police in Golden are searching for a man suspected of using a stolen credit card at more than a dozen businesses.

Police believe the man stole the credit card out of a mailbox. They say he used that card at 14 different stores in the Denver metro area. Some of those businesses include four Walmarts, two Targets, 7-Eleven, King Soopers and several gas stations.

Police identified the man after posting surveillance video on Facebook. They have his name but need help tracking him down.

The stolen credit card was used between Sept. 17 and Sept. 19.

The suspect appears to be driving a white, 4-door Dodge Avenger.
