Man Robs Bank Without Disguise, Claims To Have Weapon

BOULDER, Colo. (CBS4)- A man who robbed a bank was so bold, he didn't even wear a disguise. Now police in Boulder want to find him.

Officers rushed to Chase Bank at 3325 28th Street about 3:49 p.m. Monday after reports that a man had robbed the bank.

Witnesses told police that a white male entered the bank carrying a black duffel bag. He communicated to the teller that he had a weapon, wanted money and put the duffel bag on the teller's counter.

After the robbery he took off on foot. No one was hurt during the robbery.

The suspect is described as a white male in his mid-30s, about 6-foot-1 with a thin build and blonde hair that is receding at the temples and blue eyes. The teller told police that the suspect had a distinct browline.

He was wearing a light-colored shirt with a vertical green stripe and may have been unshaven.

Boulder Police are working with the FBI on the case.
