Man Charged With First-Degree Murder In Broomfield Shooting
BRIGHTON, Colo. (CBS4)- A man has been charged with first-degree murder in the shooting death of another man in Broomfield last week.
Officers were called to a home in the 800 block of Lotus Way near Kohl Park on Sept. 19. They say Matthew Britton, 33, shot Kobe Wiley.
Wiley, 54, was rushed to Good Samaritan Hospital where he was pronounced dead.
Britton appeared in court for an advisement hearing on Friday. He is scheduled for a preliminary hearing on Nov. 20.
