FBI: Same Man Robbed 2 Banks Just Hours Apart

DENVER (CBS4)- The FBI believes the same man robbed two banks just hours apart in Denver and changed clothes in between robberies.

The suspect robbed the Wells Fargo Bank located at 400 S. Colorado Blvd. about 11 a.m. Monday and then about four hours later hit the US Bank at 730 N. Colorado Blvd.

The suspect is described as a black male, about 5-foot-8 with a muscular build and a goatee. He appears to wearing a black wig and a black baseball cap with a white star, possibly Houston Astros.

During the Wells Fargo robbery he wore a grey T-shirt with a Super Bowl 38 logo, dark pants and sunglasses. During the US Bank robbery he wore a white tank top, possibly with a Denver Nuggets logo and dark pants.
