El Grito 5K Raises Scholarship Money For Student Athletes

DENVER (CBS4) - Several hundred runners hit the streets of Denver Sunday morning for a great cause.

The 22nd annual El Grito 5K kicked off outside the Buckhorn Exchange. The race helps fund scholarships to graduating high school athletes who are continuing their education and CBS4 is a proud sponsor.

CBS4's Tom Mustin emceed the event once again and also ran the race.
