About 10,000 People Without Power From Wheat Ridge To Arvada
ARVADA, Colo. (CBS4)- Xcel Energy crews were working to restore power to nearly 10,000 people in Wheat Ridge stretching to Arvada.
Customers noticed the outage around 8 p.m. Saturday.
Crews were at the scene of what Xcel Energy called a "transmission event" near Wadsworth and Independence. They were trying to determine what caused the outage.
Crews were working on getting the power restored as quickly as possible.
